32nd Degree Masons install new officers

YOUNGSTOWN — New officers of the Masonic Scottish Rite Bodies of the Valley of Youngstown were installed May 2 during a ceremony at the Masonic Temple, 223 Wick Ave.

Installed were:

• Robert A. Davison, past master of Western Reserve Lodge 596 in West Farmington — thrice potent master of Hiram Lodge of Perfection.

• Ronald E. Gordon, past master of Silver Trowel Lodge 776 in Warren — sovereign prince of Youngstown Council of Princes of Jerusalem.

• John R. Molnar, past master of Newton Falls Lodge 462 in Newton Falls — most wise master of Youngstown Chapter of Rose Croix.

• James C. Kowacich Jr., past master of William Farr Lodge 672 in Girard — commander-in-chief of Mahoning Consistory.

Hiram Lodge of Perfection also installed the following: Thomas G. Jacobs, deputy master; Terry A. Whitford, senior warden; Thomas R. Baker, junior warden; George E. Brainard, orator; Perry E. Coxson III, master of ceremonies; and David A. Everett, captain of the guard.

Youngstown Council Princes of Jerusalem also installed: Robert K. Ellway, high priest; Dominic M. Lucarelli, senior warden; August A. Angel, junior warden; Robert L. Rodkey, master of ceremonies; and Dennis E. Doing, master of entrances.

Youngstown Chapter of Rose Croix also installed: Robert E. McBride II, senior warden; Russell W. Gillam Jr., junior warden; Raymond F. Bishop, orator; Paul L. McGraw, master of ceremonies; and Richard A. Antill, captain of the guard.

Mahoning Consistory also installed; Thomas R. Couche Jr., first lieutenant commander; William G. Setree, second lieutenant commander; Tad C. Fithian, orator; Niklaus E. Amstutz, chancellor; Russell W. Gillam III, master of ceremonies; George A. Vestal III, engineer and seneschal; Mark E. Munroe, captain of the guard; Tod W. Setree, standard bearer; and Alan R. Burton, color bearer.

Officers of the coordinate bodies are: Timothy A. Johnson, 33rd Degree, treasurer; Randal E. Davis, 33rd Degree, executive secretary; William M. Weems, 33rd Degree, hospitaler; and Alan R. Burton, tiler and sentinel.
