House fire on East Chalmers was intentionally set

YOUNGSTOWN — A fire that destroyed a vacant house on East Chalmers Avenue was intentionally set, firefighters say. The fire at 227 E. Chalmers was reported at 11:24 a.m. Sunday. The house was worth about $5,000, firefighters say.
