GOLDEN PILLARS

• An 11 a.m. Liturgy will precede Tuesday’s monthly meeting of the Golden Pillars at noon at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center., 356 S. Belle Vista Ave. Eleanor Hnat will preside, and Dorothy Brown will be honored as Mother of the Year. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and bingo and cards will be played. Members are asked to take their own place settings.

HAPPY WANDERERS

• Happy Wanderers will meet Friday at the Corner House Christian Church. A program on the outdoors will be presented by Denny Maloy.
