CANFIELD — St. Michael Church was the setting April 18 for the spring wedding of JoLynn Johnson of Canfield and Tom Goldner of Berlin Center. The Rev. Terry Hazel officiated.
A reception followed at the Byzantine Center at the Grove in Youngstown. The couple had postponed their wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., and live in Canfield.
Parents of the bride are Lynda Johnson of Boardman and Joseph Young of Liberty, and the groom’s parents are Ed and Karen Goldner of Berlin Center.
The bride’s white satin gown was embellished with beadwork and featured a sweetheart neckline and a detachable cathedral train.
The honor attendant was Jenny Dunn, and bridesmaids were Leanne Goldner, Cindy Catheline, Kelly Johnson, Melanie Minotti, Anastasia Budrevich, and Candice Simmons. Junior bridesmaids were Sara Yurcho and Dalanie Dunn. The attendants wore baby pink gowns.
Serving as best man was Dennis Fahndrich, and groomsmen were Corey Fusco, Andrew Yurcho, Carmen Farina, Sean Smotrilla, Fred Wilson, and Anthony Fronzaglio. Ring bearers were Dustin Allen and Gus Johnson.
Mrs. Goldner is a contract administrator/analyst at SummaCare in Akron. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. Mr. Goldner is a journeyman with Iron Worker’s Local 207 in Boardman.
