Civil War roundtable

MERCER, Pa. — A program on the role of navies during the Civil War will be presented by Mercer County Historical Society at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the headquarters, 119 S. Pitt St.

The speaker will be retired USAF Lt. Col. Ralph Dorman.
