Christopher Faiola, 21, of Poland; Ronald Helle, 23, of Boardman; and Julia Flick, 24, of Canfield; were taken into custody by Canfield police just after 10 a.m. Thursday.
All three are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Flick is also charged with theft and Helle with possession of heroin. The two are at the Mahoning County jail without bond, and Faiola was released on his own recognizance.
