Denny London will just be one part of the Bonfrog festival Saturday night at Cedars.

The festival, which is billed as an eclectic celebration of local arts and entertainment, will have a carnival-like atmosphere with live painting performances, side show acts, magic, raffles, dancers and vendors.

Festivalgoers can become part of the show by participating in the costume contest. The winner will receive a gift certificate from Skinethics tattooing and body piercing.

Music will be provided by Album, the Robbie Jay Band, Black Sheep Caravan, Panzer Talk, the McKelvy Raygun, the Weedhawks, Denny London, Simon Kenneally and Sticks N Stones.

Art by Samantha Grbinick, Jason Vaughn, Mary Farragher, Lora Finelli, Adam Sullivan, Joe Mondora, Hannah Woodroofe, Daniel Horne and Tony Armeni will be on display.

Admission is $8 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting SMARTS (Students Motivated by the Arts), a nonprofit program sponsored by Youngstown State University that offers students in grades kindergarten through 12 free classes in music, dance, creative writing and visual arts.

Representatives from SMARTS, Oakland Center for the Arts, Artists of the Mahoning Commons, Artists of the Rust Belt and Art Youngstown will be on hand with information.
