“America’s Next Top Model” (8 p.m., The CW): How are the final four contestants on “America’s Next Top Model” rewarded? They’re taken to a jungle and forced to wear exotic bird costumes. Right about now, the losers are probably snickering.

“Scrubs” (8 p.m., ABC): For eight seasons, this zany medical sitcom proved that laughter, indeed, is the best medicine. But now the show has reached the end of the line ... maybe. ABC reportedly has had some last-minute second thoughts about pulling the plug. Even so, this week’s hourlong episode certainly feels like a finale. It has J.D. (Zach Braff) planning to leave Sacred Heart for another job — but not before trying to score a hug from Dr. Cox and learn the j ∫anitor’s real name. Returning to mark the occasion are more than 50 past “Scrubs” guest stars, including Tom Cavanaugh.
