Finley-Devellin engagement told, wedding planned

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. — Their engagement and plans for their upcoming marriage are being announced by Mary Katherine Finley and Kenneth Devellin, both of Casa Grande.

The bride-elect is a daughter of James Finley of Philadelphia and Laura Shimandle of Mentor, and parents of the future groom are Raymond and Deborah Devellin of Boardman.

Miss Finley and Mr. Devellin are general contractors for the U.S. government. She is based in Casa Grande, and he is based in Tucson, Ariz.

The couple will be united in marriage during a 5 p.m. ceremony on June 20 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park. The wedding and evening reception at The Embassy in Youngstown will be by invitation.
