Community Day event

SPRINGFIELD — Springfield Township EMS Auxiliary and EMS will host an EMS Community Day during National EMS week, May 17-23.

The Community Day will take place from noon to 4 p.m. May 23 at Springfield High School. Events will include a bicycle safety course, car seat/booster seat safety checks, games, food medical information kits and more. Take your family, bicycles, car seats and lawn chairs.

There will be a bicycle safety course. If you cannot take your bikes, there will be some available for use. Free helmets will be available. Reservations can be made for the child seat safety check call (330) 519-5302, but walk-ins are also welcome.
