Health-care office opens
NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Cambridge Home Health Care, which is based in Akron, has opened an office at 2536 New Butler Road. It is the company’s 32nd office. Emily Seinkner of New Castle is the clinical supervisor.
Farris Marketing chosen to represent Baird Bros.
BOARDMAN — Farris Marketing has been contracted to create a video and social media projects on behalf of Baird Brothers, a manufacturer and retailer of hardwood products located outside Canfield.
The recently completed video, “Fine Hardwood Doors: The Making of a Masterpiece,” depicts the complete manufacturing process that produces Baird Brothers’ hardwood doors. The video will be made available on the Baird Brothers Web site and YouTube.
The social media marketing efforts include a customer photo gallery and several how-to and informational blogs.
Clothing store to open
NILES — Wear District, a store that features casual clothes, will open in July in the Eastwood Mall in the space formerly occupied by Steve & Berry’s.
Wear District is a new retail concept that started in Michigan. The first store opened in Grand Rapids two months ago, and the second will open in July in Monroe, Mich.
There are two new stores in the Great East Plaza section of the Eastwood complex. Boardman Coin, which buys jewelry, coins, silver and gold, recently opened its second location there. Once Upon a Child, which sells children’s clothing and related items, will open in May.
