WILLIAMSON COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: $30 million. Construction — April 2009-August 2010. Funding — state capital appropriations, philanthropy, bond financing.

CAMPUS GATEWAY PROJECTS

West Campus Gateway: $1,205,000. Construction — West Spring Street work has begun. Funding — State capital appropriations.

East Campus Gateway: Cost not reported. Entrance wall to be built on southeast corner of University. Construction — This spring and summer. Funding — Not reported.

Tod Hall Entrance: $500,000. New northeast entrance to be built. Construction — August 2009. Funding — State capital appropriations, philanthropy.

Coffelt Hall Renovations: $840,000. Construction — June-October 2009. Funding — State capital appropriations.

OTHER CAMPUS PROJECTS

AT&T Tower: $288,000. Paint tower and affix YSU letters to the top quadrants. Construction — No timetable given. Funding — State capital component funds, philanthropy.

Campuswide and Beeghly Center roof repairs: $900,000. Jones, Ward Beecher and Fedor halls included. Construction — May-September 2009. Funding — State capital appropriations.

Art Department office renovations: $125,000. Construction — June-August 2009. Funding — To be determined.

Stadium seating replacement: $230,000. Construction — May-July 2009. Funding — YSU Athletic Department.

Parking deck repairs: $300,000 for preventive maintenance on the M1 AND M2 decks. Construction — May-August 2009. Funding — YSU Parking Services.

PROJECTS REQUIRING TRUSTEE SELECTION OF ARCHITECT

Wick Pollock Inn renovation: $3,950,000. Board must choose between three renovation alternatives. Construction — March-December 2010. Funding — Bond financing, philanthropy.

WATTS Center: $10 million. Board must choose final location for the indoor athletic training facility. Construction — March-October 2010. Funding — Philanthropy, football game guarantee revenue, bond financing.
