Struthers education hall of fame to induct 2 former teachers

STRUTHERS — Two former longtime Struthers High School teachers, Daniel Mamula and the late Carol Campbell, will be inducted into the Struthers School Foundation for Educational Excellence Hall of Fame during its annual banquet Saturday.

The award is given to individuals who have been involved in the city school district and have gone out of their way to make a significant difference in the lives of others.

Tickets for the event, which begins at 7 p.m. at Sulmona Valley Club Hall, 92 S. Bridge St., are $30 and may be purchased by calling the Struthers Board of Education at (330) 750-1061 or Linda Krestel at the Struthers Federal Credit Union at (330) 755-7556.
