BOARDMAN — Animal Appeal, a pet education and rescue organization, will have a number of dogs on display from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Petsmart. All the dogs have been vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and more, and in need of a responsible home. There will be an adoption fee.
