GARDEN CLUBS | This week's meetings announced

MONDAY

• Woodland will meet at 7 p.m. at McDonald High School Library for a program. Hostesses will be Marilyn C. Kurilla and Colleen K. Wharton.

TUESDAY

• Daphne will meet at 11 a.m. at PUMC and lunch at Villa Maria Community Center, 225 Villa Maria road, Villa Maria, Pa., followed by a tour of the farm and greenhouse. The coordinator will be Willie Stubbs.

Wednesday

• Mahoning will meet at noon for a guest day luncheon at the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St. Richard States will present a program on “Photographing Your Flowers.” Hostesses will be Mary Ann Anderson and Lois Boulis.

• Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens. A talk on “Tree Identification” will be presented by Alyson Pierce, the 2008-2009 scholarship winner. . For more information visit www.mgcy.org.

• St. Charles has planned a bus trip.
