Forget-Me-Not Gala to fight Alzheimer’s


The Alzheimer’s Association of Greater East Ohio is pleased to announce its upcoming Spring Gala, titled “Moments to Remember,” set for May 15 at Squaw Creek Country Club in Vienna.

This year’s annual Forget-Me-Not Gala will take guests back to the “good old days” of the ’50s and will feature food, entertainment in beautiful surroundings and live and silent auctions including a diamond pendant donated by Komara Jewelers and an Orlando vacation package.

Those who participate will enjoy a great evening out while supporting a good cause for families in our community.

Sponsorship opportunities:

Presenting Sponsor, $4,000 ($3,680 tax deductible). Premium seating for eight; recognition as the presenting sponsor in all marketing materials and press releases; full-page ad in program; logo and recognition in chapter’s newsletter (circulation 15,000); company logo and recognition as the Presenting Sponsor on invitations; company logo on Alzheimer’s Association Web site; one free educational in-service for families and staff.

Platinum Sponsor, $3,000 ($2,680 tax deductible). Preferred seating for eight, 2‚Ñ3-page ad in program; company name listed on invitations; recognition in chapter’s newsletter.

Gold Sponsor, $1,250 ($930 tax deductible). Reserved seating for eight; 2‚Ñ3-page ad in program and recognition in the newsletter.

Silver Sponsor, $500 ($340) tax deductible). Reserved seating for four; 1‚Ñ3-page ad in the program; recognition in the newsletter.
