• A meeting of the 55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church. Members are reminded to take a casserole to share. Hostesses will be Marge Guthrie and Suzie Merz. New Members are welcome.

1418 AUXILIARY

• 1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Byzantine Center, 3801 Shady Run Road, Youngstown. John Texter will preside. CANFIELD AARP 3104

• Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Blood pressure screening will be from noon until the meeting. For the program, the Canfield Middle School band will perform. The next directors meeting will be May 18 at the church. Reservations are still being taken for trips to the May 19 Blimp Hangar at Wingfoot Lake, The First Ladies Library and the Hoover Historical Museum in Canton. A four-day, three-night rip to the Hudson Valley, N.Y., is planned for June 8-11. RETIRED TEACHERS

Sally and Ed Winsen will conduct a memoriam and remembrance service. A memorial book, “A Lincoln” by Ronald C. White, will be presented to Mahoning County Main Library on behalf of the John M. • Steelworkers Retirees, Local Union 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, 113 S. Meridian Road. This will be the final day to purchase tickets for the June 1 picnic. Refreshments will be served.
