June ceremony is planned for Kim, Carlson nuptials

BOARDMAN — Marcus and Mimi Kim announce the engagement and marriage plans of their daughter, Amy Noel Kim, and Shawn Thomas Carlson, all of Boardman. He is the son of Tom and Marilyn Carlson of Struthers.

The bride-elect is a communications and marketing student at Youngstown State University.

The prospective groom graduated from YSU and is employed as a sales representative for Glazers Wine Distributors of Ohio, Cleveland.

Inviations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for a 1:30 p.m. ceremony June 6 at Holy Family Church in Poland.
