Golfers: Be prepared to scramble

Although they have to wait until May 9 to take part in the annual Shamrock Scramble golf outing at Pine Lakes Golf Course, from left, the foursome of Rick Baker, Tod Newman, Tim Shamrock, and Mark Buckley are prepared to play together as Team Shamrock. Registration for the event will begin at 12:30 p.m. and play will get under way with a 2 p.m. shotgun start. The cost for each golfer is $75, which includes golf, a cart, food, beverages, prizes, dinner at 6:30, and entertainment by the Shaffer Brothers Irish band. Dinners for nongolfers are $35.
