Grand jury indicts Austintown man
The alleged assaults took place about one month apart.

WARREN — The Austintown man accused of sexually assaulting young women while working at Big Daddy’s Drive Thru on Niles-Cortland Road in Howland has been indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury on two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Imad M. Elsayed, 43, of Deer Creek Court, could get up to three years in prison if convicted on the charges.
Elsayed was released from Trumbull County Jail on bond April 2 after getting arrested for the second time in just over a month on a charge of assaulting young, female customers of the business.
In another instance, Elsayed is accused of reaching through the window of the car of a 19-year-old Cortland woman and groping her when he returned to her car with merchandise.
He also is accused of telling a 19-year-old Vienna woman to get out of her car and get her cigarettes in the office, where he sexually assaulted her, said Detective Nick Roberts of the Howland Police Department.
