Canfield Church chosen for Svader, Jarvis wedding

ELLSWORTH — Announced by Joseph and Stella Svader, 6987 Duck Creek Road, is the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Svader, and John Jarvis, both of 5910 Lightner Place, Poland.

The prospective groom is a son of Nancy Jarvis, 1670 Brownlee Ave., Youngstown, and the late John Jarvis.

Western Reserve United Methodist Church in Canfield has been chosen by the couple for their May 29 wedding. Invitations will be issued for the 4:30 p.m. ceremony and for a reception that evening at The Elm Tree in Struthers.

Miss Svader graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Mr. Jarvis earned a paramedic certification from YSU and is a firefighter with Boardman Fire Department.
