Children host reception for Hahns on 50th

AUSTINTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Robert Hahn, 365 Beechcrest Drive, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during a reception on March 28 at the American Legion Post 301 Hall.

Hosts for the festivity were their children, Thomas R. Hahn Jr. (Danielle) of Canfield, Tammy J. Hahn of Austintown, and Timothy A. Hahn of Oakland Park, Fla. Their grandchildren are Thomas R. Hahn III, Dominic F. Cicozi and Cole T. Hahn.

Mr. Hahn and the former Gloria Jean Baltes were united in marriage on March 24, 1959, in Winchester, Va., and renewed their nuptial vows during a ceremony that took place at Immanuel Baptist Church on June 26, 1959.

Mrs. Hahn was employed at an A&P Store, at the Carousel Day Care, at Robert Senn Studio of Photography and various beauty shops in the Youngstown area prior to retiring.

Mr. Hahn was employed at Valley Fabricators and McKay Machine in Youngstown, and by Austintown Auxiliary Police Department, and retired from General Motors in Lordstown.

The Hahns are members of Austintown Community Church, the Brunch Bunch and the Saxon Club.
