“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ-TV 21): Fellows Riverside Garden at Mill Creek Park will hold its third annual “Plant a Seed to Read” event April 4. Lynn Zocolo of Fellows will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and how families can participate.

Next, Jan Vaughn, assistant director of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library and First Book—Trumbull County, will discuss the first Edible Book Festival on Wednesday at the Trumbull Career and Technical Center. The event encourages the community to enter a food creation based on a current or classic children’s book.

Finally, Dawn Wiley-Mitchell of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will discuss the 2009 Multiple Sclerosis Super Walk April 25 at the Canfield Fairgrounds. Wiley-Mitchell will encourage viewers to get teams to walk and raise funds for MS research and development.
