Peter S. Barta, 36, Sixteen School Road, Wellsville, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, and possession of drugs.

Deryl A. Greathouse, 51, no address given, felonious assault and aggravated menacing.

Kelly J. Burnette, 44, of Darlington, Pa., possession of drugs.

Jessie L. Barton, 20, of Main Street, Wellsville, breaking and entering.

Julian A. Lopez, 27, of Aetna St., Salem, burglary and possession of criminal tools.

Edwin L. Diequez Jr., 29, Main Street, Wellsville, theft.

Timothy A. Patrick, 24, of Township Line Road, Wellsville, domestic violence.

George Petties, 43, of Fourteenth Street, Wellsville, harassment with a bodily substance.
