Warren Harding falls in state semifinals

- Columbus Northland beats Warren Harding 73-59 in Friday's Division I state semifinal at Value City Arena in Columbus.

- Mr. Basketball Jared Sullinger had 22 points and senior teammate JD Weatherspoon added 25 for Northland.

- Desmar Jackson had 29 points for Harding, which was in the state tournament for the first time since 1966.

- Jackson picked up his fourth foul with 5:50 left. That is a bad, bad thing.

- Harding senior Isiaha Henderson fouled out with 4:43 left. Henderson played nine minutes.

- Not much to say about the rest of the fourth. Harding made a nice run in the third but ran out of gas.
