Austintown man charged a second time with gross sexual imposition

WARREN — An Austintown man who works at a Howland drive-through store was in Warren Municipal Court earlier this week because of a gross sexual imposition charge filed against him.

On Thursday, he allegedly victimized a second young woman. Now he will remain behind bars until at least Monday.

Imad M. Elsayed, 43, of Deer Creek Court, is in Trumbull County Jail without eligibility to make bond after his second arrest on the charge in a month.

Judge Terry Ivanchak set a hearing for 2 p.m. Monday to set a new bond amount.
