Mercer Rotary plans radio auction fundraiser

MERCER, Pa. — Mercer Rotary will have a radio auction fundraiser from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday on 790 WPIC. Listen and bid on more than 120 items totaling a value of $12,000, including NASCAR Tickets and much more.

WPIC will broadcast live from the Mercer Area High School. Area businesses donate products for Mercer Rotary to raise funds for their charitable projects that help the community and their worldwide goal to eradicate polio.

On Saturday, WPIC listeners should call the high school at (724) 662-5100 to place their bids. Prizes include a Steelers jersey, restaurant certificates, financial services, gift baskets, auto repairs, amusement park vouchers, round of golf, fitness center memberships, health care services and items and other items each valued at more than $500.
