“The Renter.” Needed, actors for short film to be shot in Youngstown/Sharon area. Youngstown Movement Youth Talent Show. Buckeye Elks Youth Center, 421 North Ave., Youngstown. ReignMaker Entertainment announces open auditions noon to 4 p.m. April 4 at the youth center. Appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome. Sing, rap, dance and more. Limited space. $3 solo/$5 groups. Lords and Ladyes voice parts for singing troupe. Auditions will be held April 19. Must have prior choral experience and be able to read music. “Fiddler On the Roof.” New Castle Playhouse, 202 E. Long St., New Castle, Pa. Auditions will be 4 to 6 p.m. April 19 and 6 to 8:30 p.m. April 21. Be prepared to read a section from the script, prepare a one minute musical selection to sing. You may bring an accompaniment CD (no vocal track please), or an accompanist will be available. Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra. Auditions are ongoing for section strings (violin, viola, cello), substitute brass and percussion for the 2008-09 season.
