ANTIQUE SHOWS
• Howland Community Church, 198 Niles-Cortland Road S.E., Warren, will have its 47th annual antiques show and sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The donation is $3. Marcel Ulrich will be on hand to conduct appraisals from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday. Appraisals will be $5 each and are limited to two items per person.
BINGO AND CARD PARTIES
• Christian Women’s Fellowship of Disciple Christian Church has planned a basket bingo for 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, 565 Boardman-Canfield Road. The admission price is $5, which includes two bingo cards, a snack and a beverage. Two additional bingo cards can be purchased for $2. Bingo is open for all to play. • Mother of Crucifix Annual Bingo and Card Party will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church social hall, 343 Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown. Tickets will be sold at the door. There will be a light lunch, door prizes and a raffle.
• Sacred Heart Church, 400 Lincoln Park Drive, Youngstown, has scheduled a Texas Hold’em poker tournament for Saturday at the church with registration beginning at 2:30 p.m. Admission is $100 for 3,300 chips. • St. Patrick Altar and Rosary Society will sponsor a card and bingo party at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church hall on Main Street in Hubbard. Tickets will be $5 at the door. There will be a light lunch, door prizes, raffles and a 50-50 drawing.
FLEA MARKETS
• Newton Falls United Methodist Church, 336 Ridge Road, Newton Falls, is accepting vendors for an inside flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 18. FUNDRAISERS
• Shrine of Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted, 517 S. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, will have an Easter basket raffle and 50-50 drawing after noon Mass on April 5. Winners need not be present. Tickets are $1 or six for $5.

• Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, 480 Youngstown-Poland Road, Struthers, is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The ReStore carries a wide variety of furniture, including a large selection of couches and many large metal professional office desks; used building materials such as doors, windows, sinks, hardware and plumbing; lighting; home decor items; large and small appliances; electronics; toys; books and much more. All items are sold at low discount prices. ReStore takes donations and sells to the public, all to benefit Habitat for Humanity’s home-building program. TRIPS
• Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild has scheduled a bus trip to the Cleveland Sewing Expo at the I-X Center for Friday. Pickup will be 6:30 a.m. at J.C. Penney in Austintown; 7 at Niles Super K; and 7:15 at Champion Big Lots. Return will be at 6:15 p.m. The bus fee is $28 for members and $32 for nonmembers. • Trumbull County Travel Club is inviting anyone over 18 years of age to travel with the club on two one-day excursions in April. On April 15 there will be a trip to Ferrante’s Lakeview Inn in Greensburg, Pa., for a luncheon, followed by a performance by Cahal Dunne. The outing will cost $79 per person. On April 29 the trip will be to the Riverside Inn in Cambridge Springs, Pa., for lunch, a performance of “A Weekend Comedy” and tour of the inn. The cost is $58 per person.
