Students plan trash and treasure sale

CUTE AND CUDDLY: Students Evan Jones and Isabella Morrison display some of the items and raffle baskets that will be available at the 2009 Trash & Treasure Sale planned by the Austintown Community Church Preschool Childcare Center. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 28 in the upstairs auditorium at the church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Road, in Austintown. Features include specialty baskets, which will be raffled off at the end of the sale, and snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the sale go toward the purchase of classroom educational materials. Tables are available; contact the preschool office at (330) 793-1843 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
