Tickets still available for Make-a-Wish casino night Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — Tickets are still available for the Third Annual Make-A-Wish FoundationÆ Casino Night presented by GM-UAW from 6:30-11 p.m. Friday at the Chevrolet Centre.

Proceeds from the evening will grant the wishes of local children battling life-threatening medical conditions served by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, Northeast Ohio Region. The Youngstown Satellite Offices grants approximately 35 wishes a year for local children. Currently, 20 children are waiting to have their very special wish granted.

This event will feature hors d’ oeuvres, open bar, live music, gaming, a live auction and prizes. Professional gaming tables staffed by volunteer celebrity dealers, like Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini, will enable our guests to enjoy poker, black jack, Texas hold-em, and other casino games. There will be no cash payouts from gaming; this is a “for-fun” only event.
