SPECIAL THANKS: Above, Pvt. Adam Brooks passes out army stickers to the students in Carol Rappach’s fourth-grade class at Harding Elementary School in Youngstown. Brooks made a visit Monday to thank the kids for sending him a personalized booklet while he was deployed overseas. Right, each student in the class traced their hand on a page of the booklet called “Giving You a Hand.” Precious Brown’s page was just one of many decorated with stars and colored red, white and blue.
