NORTHSIDE: Forum Health Northside Medical Center sits along a full block of Gypsy Lane, the border street between Youngstown’s North Side and Lliberty Township. The former Tod Children’s Hospital, in the older part of the hospital, above left, remains closed. The Regional Referral Center, above center, the facility’s most recent addition, was built at the front of the old front entrance and is connected by several passageways.
