Miss Thompson, Mr. Horwath set wedding date

BOARDMAN — Dennis and Betty Jane Thompson of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kelli Anne Thompson of Stow, and Steven Joseph Horwath, also of Stow, son of Cesare and Debra Horwath of Canonsburg, Pa., and plans for their upcoming marriage.

Miss Thompson earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from Kent State University, and a master’s in speech-language pathology from Cleveland State University. She is a speech-language pathologist at Park East Care and Rehab in Beachwood and at Barrie Galvin and Associates in Warrensville Heights.

Mr. Horwath earned a bachelor’s degree in flight technology from KSU and is a commercial airline pilot for Republic Airways out of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for June 6 at Boardman United Methodist Church and for their evening reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield.
