PACKED WITH PEOPLE: The crowd at the 31st annual Mahoning Valley St. Patrick’s Day Parade Sunday spills onto Market Street by the reviewing stand located at the Flamingo Plaza. The parade started at the Boardman Township Administration Building near McClurg Road and ended at Southwoods Medical Complex. The crowd was estimated at more than 10,000.
