Crisis Assistance Grants

Nonprofit groups in the Youngstown area can apply for the Youngstown Foundation Crisis Assistance Program if they meet criteria.

Crisis Assistance Program Guidelines:

U To qualify, the following must be on file at the Youngstown Foundation or provided at the time of request: records of the agency’s 501c3; most recent audit; current board roster; executive staff roster; mission statement; and history.

U An initial allocation of $30,000 has been approved for distribution through the Crisis Assistance Program.

UThe program process and funding resources will be evaluated by the distribution committee on a quarterly basis in the event that more funds are necessary.

U Crisis Assistance grants cap at $5,000.

U One request per agency per year will be considered.
