YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a 24-year-old fired nurse’s aide on a patient abuse charge.

On Thursday the grand jury indicted Lillian Talley of Canfield Road, who was arrested in January and accused of assaulting a 71-year-old female resident of Ron Joy Nursing Home in Boardman on Nov. 27, 2008.
