Warren man convicted of robbing Lincoln K-8 school employee
WARREN — A jury deliberated two hours today before finding Timothy R. Anderson guilty of aggravated robbery and felonious assault for robbing a Warren schools employee at gunpoint last June of $11,180 in cash.
Anderson, 22, of Palmyra Road, could get up to 29 years in prison when Judge Andrew Logan sentences him at 8:30 a.m. March 24.
Anderson took the stand today as the only witness for the defense, claiming the robbery was committed by another person.
