MVHS to present preservation awards

YOUNGSTOWN — The Historic Preservation Committee of Mahoning Valley Historical Society has planned its fifth annual Historic Preservation Awards program for May. At the event, those who take an active role in preserving historic buildings, sites and districts in Trumbull and Mahoning counties will be singled out for recognition.

A brochure containing all awards program criteria and an application form is available on the Web site, www.mahoninghistory.org. Completed nominations are due April 10.
