• The kitchen of American Legion Post 290, state Route 14, Columbiana, is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays. THURSDAY

• Calvary United Methodist Church, state Route 164 at 165, North Lima, will have a drive-through chicken dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. (or until sold out). Dinners are $6. Drive up to the door and your dinner will be brought to your car.

• Col. Louis J. Campbell VFW Post 3538, 157 Lowellville Road, Struthers, will serve spaghetti dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 8. Carryout orders are $6.50 and will be available only until 6 p.m. Containers will be provided.

FRIDAY

• American Legion Post 560, 103 Twelfth St., Campbell, will sponsor a fish and shrimp fry from noon to 6 p.m. at the post home. Meals are $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Desserts and refreshments will be available, and there will be a 50-50 raffle.

• Holy Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and from 8 :30 to 11 a.m. Friday at (330) 755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Orders may be picked up until 3:30 p.m. Friday. Containers will be provided.

• Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The cost is $9 for adults and $4.50 for children. • Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will be selling pirogi. The cost for potato or potato with kraut pirogi is $5 a dozen. Orders will be taken from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday at (330) 746-9528. Orders should be placed early and are to be picked up between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday. Hot pirogi lunches will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.

• Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 4470 Norquest Blvd, Austintown, will be serving Lenten fish dinners. The dinners are hosted by IHM Home & School from 4-7 p.m. on Fridays. The cost is $8.95 per dinner, and a children’s menu is available for $4.95 per dinner.

• St. Brendan Church will sponsor a fish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Fridays during Lent (except April 10) at Maxwell Hall, 144 N. Schenley Ave., Youngstown. Meals are $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. • St Dominic Church will have a lenten fish fry from 5-7 p.m. in the parish center cafeteria, 3403 Southern Blvd. The prices are adults, $8; couples, $15; and children up to 12, $4, dessert included. Carryouts will be available.

• K. of C. Council 13977 of St. Joseph Church, 4565 New Road, Austintown, will serve fish dinners in the church hall from 4-7 p.m. on Fridays during Lent, with the exception of March 20. The cost for adults is $8, and for children under 12, it’s $4.

• Lenten fish dinners will be served at St. Lucy Church, 394 Tenney Ave., Campbell, from 4 to 7 p.m. each Friday through April 3 at the social center. • St. Rose Catholic Women’s Club will have a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon at the church, 48 E. Main St. A bake sale is also planned. The price is $6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under.

• Southington American Legion Post 751 will serve breakfasts of sausage and pancakes (all-you-can-eat pancakes), or biscuits and gravy, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the post, 3145 Warren-Burton Road, Southington. The donation is $5.50 for adults and $3 for children from 5 to 12. Those 4 and under eat free. The breakfasts will be available the first and third Sunday of each month through April.

• Struthers Methodist Church, 33 Sexton St., will have a chicken and biscuit dinner with all the trimmings from noon to 2 p.m. The cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children. Takeouts will be available.

• The Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Triangle Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, New Springfield, will serve breakfasts from 8 a.m. to noon. Meals are $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.

A variety of milk or white chocolate Easter eggs will be available for 75 cents each, and suckers and solid chocolate treats will be available. A mini Easter basket will be $12.
