The TBC at Chapters cafes in both the Poland and Austintown branches of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County will be open 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays from Thursday to Memorial Day. The libraries and the TBC at Chapters cafes are closed on Memorial Day. A listing of hours published March 6 incorrectly stated the cafes would be open on Labor Day and Memorial Day.
