Kennedy Cath. rallies in second half for 45-37 win


MONROEVILLE, Pa. — Kyle Randall scored 29 points to lead Kennedy Catholic past Tussey Mountain 45-37 Tuesday in a PIAA Class A second round game contested at Gateway High School.

Randall made 17 of 22 free throws for the Golden Eagles (24-2).

Also pacing the winners was Aundra Jones who had 15 rebounds and seven blocked shots.

Kennedy Catholic will play Friday against an opponent and at a location not yet announced.

Only three players scored for the Titans (24-4) who led 19-14 at the break.
