YOUNGSTOWN — Black Pages Ohio awarded Madonna Chism Pinkard, community relations director at WFMJ Television, with its 2008 Community Excellence Award. Black Pages Ohio paid tribute to Pinkard’s efforts to improve local minority relations and the Youngstown community.

BOARDMAN — Clark Material Handling Co. has named Valley Industrial Trucks the winner of one of its Dealer of Distinction awards. Clark recently honored five companies with Dealer of Excellence awards and six companies with Dealer of Distinction awards for their dedication and accomplishments.

POLAND — Local offices and Realtors with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services recently received honors at the company’s annual awards meeting.

The Poland and Howland offices received the company’s Eagle Award for their accomplishments in 2008. The offices were recognized for achieving year-to-date objectives in listings and transactions.

Also, the Poland office, headed by Sales Manager Alicia Kosec, was the company’s top sales office in Ohio. The office produced $64 million in sales volume in 2008. In addition, 21 members of Howard Hanna’s Poland team were recognized as million, 2 million or mega-million dollar sales producers.

Holly Ritchie of the Canfield office was recognized as being The Very Best of the Best as a result of ranking among the top 1 percent of the firm’s sales associates in listings and sales achievements in 2008. She also was recognized as the office’s Top Producing Realtor for 2008. Her other accomplishments for the year included the National Sales Excellence award recipient, Regional Listing Leader award recipient and Barrister’s Land Title Referral Leader award recipient.

Kacey Morell was honored as the Poland office’s Top Producing Realtor for 2008. Her other accomplishments for the year included being the fourth-largest producer in Mahoning County.

Beth Sabol of the Canfield office was named Northeast Regional Rookie of the Year. She has been with the company since 2007.
