Celebration being planned for Hough 50th

SALEM — Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hough, 7451 Roller Road, are observing the 50th anniversary of their wedding, which took place March 7, 1959, in Youngstown.

The event will be celebrated with family and friends during an invitation-only picnic planned for 1 p.m. July 4 in Washingtonville.

Hosts for the picnic will be the couple’s children and their spouses, Charlene and George Edmonds of Columbia, S.C.; Brenda and David Rach of Canfield; and Arthur and Kimberly Hough of Bayboro, N.C. There are six grandchildren in the family.

Mr. Hough retired in 1997 from Anchor Motor Freight in Lordstown, where he was a mechanic. Mrs. Hough, the former Charlotte Fincham, is a homemaker.
