David A. Cole, 49, of West Dewey Avenue, cocaine possession.

Nelson W. Thomason, 40, of Bradford Street, Northwest, Warren, heroin possession.

Kimberly Cowan, 37, of Foster Street, two counts of felonious assault.

Charles Scott, 26, of Roslyn Drive, cocaine possession.

Daniel Campbell, 28, of Steel Street, receiving stolen property.

Eric R. Lohr, 26, of Tripod Circle, Niles, heroin possession.

Michael G. Farmer, 24, of Youll Street, Niles, cocaine possession, possessing criminal tools and three counts of carrying concealed weapons.

John Watkins, 20, of Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman, six counts of identity fraud.

Dajuan Hackett, 27, of Parkview Avenue, cocaine possession.

Darrius Easterly, 24, of Norwood Avenue, cocaine possession and illegal gun possession.

Donald Harshbarger, 49, of South Osborne Avenue, felonious assault.

Patricia Prinkey, also known as Patricia Alexander, 42, of West Ravenwood Avenue, endangering children.

Evania Ellis, 43, of West Wood Street, cocaine possession.

Alphonso West, 40, of East Ravenwood Avenue, theft, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.

Michael S. Spears, 42, of Akron, two counts of theft.

Dianna M. Shackelford, 41, of Akron, theft.

Jeffrey A. Davis, 39, of Main Street, Wellsville, theft.

Michael D. Smith, 28, of Banks Street, Cortland, aggravated burglary.

Colleen Saltsman, 35, of East Webb Road, Austintown, drug possession and theft of drugs.

Timothy S. Nolder, 44, of Hill Drive, Poland, and David R. Veon, 59, of East Dewey Avenue, theft.

The grand jury declined to indict Donald Thomas, of Hudson Avenue, on a charge of illegal conveyance of weapons, and Sheri Creech, of North Lakeview Avenue, on a charge of receiving stolen property.
