Catholic Charities offers grief workshops

MINERAL RIDGE — Catholic Charities Regional Agency Family Support Workers will conduct three workshops on ”How to Help Yourself Through Grief” at St. Mary’s Church, 3504 Main St.

The series includes: The Grief Process, on March 18, The Grief Journey, on March 25, and Emotional Component of Grief — What Else Do I Need to Know? on April 1.
