2 are in critical condition after accident

CANFIELD — A Trumbull County man and woman remain in critical condition after an accident in the southbound lane of state Route 11 around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Yolanda Davis, 44, of Warren was driving her van on Route 11, about two miles north of U.S. Route 224, when she lost control of the vehicle. The van flipped over twice and ended on the center median, according to the Lisbon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Davis was ejected from the van and was flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, where she remains in critical condition, the hospital said Thursday.
The front-seat passenger, Thomasine Davis, 43, and back-seat passenger, Curtis Thorton, both of Warren, were also ejected from the vehicle and transported to St. Elizabeth by ambulance. Thorton is still critical and Thomasine Davis is in stable condition, the hospital said.
A fourth passenger, Christopher Davis, 21, of Warren, was not seriously injured, according to the state patrol.
None of the passengers was wearing a seat belt, according to the patrol report.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time. One witness said that the van blew a tire, according to the state patrol.
