Warren Twp. police organization conducting fundraising efforts

WARREN — The Warren Township Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 198 will be soliciting over the next couple of months.

A representative will be calling residents asking for a donation for tickets so they can be passed onto area needy and handicapped children.

The tickets are for a Mahoning Valley Scrappers baseball game July 7 at Eastwood Field in Niles. The money collected will be used by the lodge to feed the needy and provide scholarships for higher education.
