INDICTMENTS | Trumbull County

The following people have been indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury and will be arraigned at 10:30 a.m. March 13 in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:

David J. Huerta, 29, Niles, marijuana trafficking with a forfeiture specification.

Frank Munoz, 32, Campbell and Youngstown, two counts, aggravated robbery.

Enrique A. Ortiz, 20, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Nicholas L. Alicia, 63, Newton Falls, attempted murder and domestic violence.

George D. Ritenour, 30, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle.

William A. Harris, 33, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Robert A. Kriebel, 40, Girard, domestic violence.

Carlton D. Frederick, 47, Youngstown, marijuana possession with a forfeiture specification.

Ricky L. Walker, 50, Warren, possession of criminal tools, receiving stolen property with a forfeiture specification.

Donald W. Kowalczuk, 37, Brookfield, attempted tampering with evidence.

Edwin L. Wyant Jr., 42, Niles, three counts, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Antonio Torres Sr., 39, Warren, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.

Dayton A. Foster, 19, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Antonio L. Jackson, 28, Warren, aggravated vehicular assault and hit/skip failure to stop after an accident.

Alaina M. Burchett, 23, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Gary P. Golub, 42, Girard, insurance fraud, theft from an elderly person.

Peter B. Brister Jr., 24, Cortland, three counts, forgery, three counts, theft.

Joshua A. Butler, 19, Sharon, Pa., aggravated drug possession, tampering with evidence.

The grand jury refused to indict the following people:

Joseph M. Gillis, 45, Canfield, theft.

Michael A. Minet, 32, Warren, receiving stolen property.

Carlton D. Frederick, 47, Youngstown, marijuana trafficking.

James E. Coudriet, 25, Cortland, burglary.

Donald W. Kowalczuk, 37, Brookfield, receiving stolen property.

Edwin L. Wyant Jr., 42, Niles, two counts, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Se’Quan Sheppard, 18, Warren, burglary.

Joshua A. Butler, 19, Sharon, Pa., theft.
