Sulmona Valley auxiliary names slate of officers

STRUTHERS — Officers for the 2009-2010 season were elected by Sulmona Valley Ladies Auxiliary during the Feb. 24 meeting at the club, 92 S. Bridge St.

Ellen Hall presided as the following were named officers, Mary Sinesio, president; Ellen Hall, vice president; Sandy Redeske, secretary; Pat Centofanti, treasurer; and Rose DelSignore and Mary Mazzocca, trustees.

Plans were made for a polenta, pasta and sausage dinner to be served from noon to 4 p.m. April 19 at the club. The cost will be $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under.

Beverly DuPuy was welcomed as a new member.

A Mardi Gras theme was carried out for the meeting by the hostesses, Centofanti, Catherine Morris and Pauline Rivera. Patty Bozichovich, Mazzocca and Redeske will be hostesses for the 12:30 p.m. March 24 meeting.
